If you remember, earlier this week we posted a review on the Tortuga 1948. That cigar was more on the milder side with a strong creamy flavor profile. We can tell this one is going to be on the other side of the spectrum.

These popular cigars were requested for some time. So we figured that because of the name, they would be perfect to get in for Father's Day. Boy, were we right. These cigars literally flew off the shelves. For those of you unfamiliar with this line of cigars, we decided to review the most popular one for you.

Well after we had a few requests we brought in the Jaime Garcia line. And we specifically had some requests for this particular size. There aren't many 66 ring gauge cigars out on the market, so this one sits in a niche all its own.

As we start to expand our humidor, we are aiming for a few things. We want to bring in new cigars, obviously, but we also want to focus on price ranges and strengths of the cigars. So what we did in the humidor at Xhale Lounge was bring in a few cigar that are known as "Bargain Sticks." We chose to review this one first because it is a smaller, quick cigar with a sub $5 price point.

Small Review of the Arturo Fuente No. 46 Anejo

As many of you may know, the Anejo is one of the most sought after cigars to come from Arturo Fuente. We are lucky enough to have a very small quantity left. This cigar is not the Opus X that is so often asked for, but this cigar is up there in caliber.

The reason we chose the La Flor Dominicana El Jocko for this weeks facing of the week is for a few reasons. This months special is on La Flor Dominicana, and we are having them in for an event later this month. Another reason we chose this one is because its a nice small size. New Facing of the Week: Drew Estate Liga Privada Undercrown (Review)

We are pleased to introduce to you one of the hottest selling cigars on the market right now. The Liga Privada Undercrown has been flying off the shelves everywhere. We just had to bring it in. These cigar are fantastic in every aspect. We brought in four sizes for you to try out. We decided to review the newest edition to the Undercrown line, the Corona Viva!

Introducing This Month's Event: La Flor Dominicana

This month's event will feature great deals on all La Flor Dominicana cigars. The event will be held on June 22nd from 6:00 to whenever. But not only on the event day. We will be doing the Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal from now until the event.

Facing of the Week: E.P. Carrillo Core Line Maduro Club 52 (Review)

To be completely honest, we really like the cigars that E.P. Carrillo puts out. You may recall that a couple months back we featured the Dark Rituals, we enjoyed that cigar so much that we brought in a bunch of new cigars from them.

May 18th: Alec Bradley Event

This past Friday was an outstanding even with Alec Bradley. This event was a ton of fun. We had a ton of deals going on all Alec Bradley Cigars.

We currently carry many lines from Alec Bradley. We have Tempus, Tempus Maduro, Prensado, American Classic, Family Blend, New York, Black Market, Maxx, and Maxx Connecticut.

The deal that was taken advantage of the most was the "Buy 3 get 1 free" deal. For the rest of the month, we will be running this deal in the shop. So if you are an Alec Bradley fan, come stock up.

At the event, if you bought any three cigars, you got a free Tempus or a free American Classic. If you took advantage of this deal during the event you were entered into the raffle.

This week is the start of bringing in a bunch of new cigars. We just brought in a few lines from Miami Cigar Company. We now stick Don Lino, Art Deco, and these beauties, the La Sirena. We brought in three vitolas of the La Sirena, the Divine (belicoso), the Price (robusto), and the King Poseidon, which is the one we chose to review for you.

This Friday, Jonathan Lipson from Alec Bradley will be here for out monthly event. The event will start at 6:00 pm, but if you are early, there is no problem. The event will go until at least 11:00. There will be several deals on their fantastic cigars.

A Few Little Updates

A few things will be changing around the shop. Nothing too major, but we figured we would like to share them with you.

One thing you will notice as soon as you walk in is the increase in seating. We are adding some more chairs so that we can accommodate more of our wonderful customers. We feel that it will bring a bigger, more comfortable, sense of community within the shop.

This week we will be featuring the Illusione cigars, but more specifically the MJ12. When you walk into our humidor, its not hard to spot this cigar since it comes wrappers in metallic paper. Illusione is still a growing brand, so we chose to review this one for you to further your education on new cigar.

Alec Bradley Cigar Event!

This month we will be having a great event featuring Alec Bradley. There will be some great specials, and some great raffles as well. The event with be on May 18th at Xhale Lounge. The event starts at 6:00 pm, but if you are early, that is not a problem.

Event Wrap Up: Diamond Crown

This past Friday, April 20th, we had a Red Carpet Event featuring Diamond Crown Cigars. This event was an absolute blast.

As many of you know, our deals for the night were buy any two Diamond Crown Cigars, and get a Limited Edition Diamond Crown Julius Caeser free. Not many events feature a buy two get one deal, but Diamond Crown did.Also with any box purchase, you got 15% off as well as five Julius Caesers and a Diamond Crown Hat.

Cigar of the Week: Arturo Fuente Magnum R 52 (Review)

This week we chose to feature one of our favorite cigars. Many people are familiar with Arturo Fuente because of the cigars they put out, but we wanted to feature this cigar to help expand the knowledge about this cigar. So here is our review of the Magnum R 52.

Appearance:
This cigar looks absolutely flawless. The medium brown wrapper has a slight red hint to it. The cigar is box pressed with rounded edges. There are no thick veins that run through this cigar at all. Upon the last look over we noticed a very distinct sweet smell coming from it.

We Are Mobile!

If you have been by the shop in the past couple of weeks, you have most likely seen out new truck. We got this truck for a very specific reason. We can now sell cigars while we are mobile.

We have a special permit, the mobile vendor's permit. We can now drive around the city in designated areas and set up shop.

What does this mean for you? We can now cater events for you. Whether you are having a wedding or golf outing, a bachelor party or a birthday party, if you want cigars there, we can bring them. Whatever your event is, we can now do it for you.

Cigar of the Week: Illusione Epernay (Review)

We are featuring the Illusione Epernay this week because it is one of our personal favorite cigars. But remember, if the Epernay doesn't sound like the cigar for you, we have many other Illusione cigars. We also carry the 88, 888, MJ-12, MJ-12 Maduro, and several others.

Appearance:
As we looked over this cigar, we noticed just how perfect it looked. The wrapper was a medium brown shade and perfectly smooth. There didn't seem to be one single vein that would cause a problem with the burn pattern.  Upon further inspection, we noticed that there was a nice earthy smell coming from the cigar.

Cigar of the Week: E.P. Carrillo Edicion Limitada 2011 Dark Rituals (Review)

This week we are featuring the E.P. Carrillo Edition Limitada 2011. This cigar is known as the Dark Ritual. We chose to feature this cigar because it is one of the best, and often unknown, cigars we carry.

Appearance:
This cigar features a very dark brown, marbled, oscuro maduro wrapper that is visually appealing. There is an oily shine that covers the entire cigar and give is a very smooth feel. There are also no veins throughout the entire wrapper. If you look at the foot of this cigar, you can see just how tightly bunched the tobacco is. Also, the pre-light smell of this cigar reveals some very sweet notes.

The particular size we chose to smoke was the El Doble, but we also carry the Magnum. The Magnum is slightly smaller than this particular cigar.
