Event Wrap Up: Diamond Crown

This past Friday, April 20th, we had a Red Carpet Event featuring Diamond Crown Cigars. This event was an absolute blast.

As many of you know, our deals for the night were buy any two Diamond Crown Cigars, and get a Limited Edition Diamond Crown Julius Caeser free. Not many events feature a buy two get one deal, but Diamond Crown did.Also with any box purchase, you got 15% off as well as five Julius Caesers and a Diamond Crown Hat.

 

The event started with the area representative, Dan Magras, giving a little monologue on the J.C Newman cigar company with focus on Diamond Crown and their processes to making their cigars. About an hour after the monologue, Dan held a trivia contest to see who retained the most information and new the most about the cigar industry.

The contest was consisted of two parts, the first part was composed of relatively easy questions pertaining to the cigar industry as a whole, whereas the second set of question focused more on the J.C. Newman Company. Questions ranged from the tools used to cut tobacco, to the processes used to shade tobacco. The winner of this contest received a travel humidor.

 

There were also a ton of raffle prizes. So much that almost everyone was guaranteed a win. Anyone that took advantage of the deals got a raffle ticket. We can stress how many prizes there were to raffle off. At least a dozen hats were raffled off, as well as shirts, travel humidors, an ashtray, and a desktop humidor.

 

Without a doubt, this event was enjoyed by all. The food was great, the company was great, and most importantly, the cigars were great. We would personally like to thank everyone that came out and supported us at the event.
